WRMS has a Vehicle Check system that enables operators to complete checks on the PDA, which will update the WRMS database and automatically create tasks where required.

• Barcodes are fixed to the vehicle on areas that require checking i.e. Front, Rear and specific areas such as lifting gear etc.

• Once an operator has logged onto the handheld he will be asked to scan the relevant barcode and confirm the condition, photographs can be taken if necessary

• The data collected can then be updated to main database via GPRS

• Any defaults or maintenance can be scheduled automatically

• Reports are available via the WRMS database
